Job Dscription

1、Responsible for purchasing, acceptance and maintenance of measuring instruments, formulation of management norms and operation documents.
2、Establish gauge log and calibration plan to ensure daily use of gauge, recovery after production line use, normal maintenance and timely calibration.

3、Establish annual GR&R plan for measuring tools to ensure effective GR&R analysis of measuring tools.
4、Inspection and acceptance of the key quantity of spare parts designated by the company.

5、Responsible for supervising and managing laboratory work order and 5S.

6、Assist QE to continuously improve the implementation plan of measuring tools, participate in customizing process inspection operation instructions, formulating measuring tools plan, designing new measuring tools, etc

7、Responsible for accurate guidance and inspection training for department and related newcomers.

8、Other tasks arranged by leaders, etc

Job Requirements

1、Men and women are not limited, age 20-40 years old, secondary school or above education, mechanical related majors, able to understand mechanical drawings, products, treatment drawings;

2、Skilled in using all measuring tools, such as vernier calipers, inner diameter percentile meter, outer diameter micrometer, projector, pendulum meter, three coordinates and other measuring tools, skilled quality tools for measuring tools statistical evaluation, such as MSA
3、Familiar with company and national measurement requirements and standards, understand the verification of basic measurement tools, and have measurement certificate is preferred.

4、Proficient in office software (Word, Excel), can use drawing software such as CAD.

5、Steady, active and responsible, with communication and coordination skills, able to work overtime beyond five days and eight hours.
